CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--90- 71
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PROPERTY
SYSTEMS, INC., AGENT FOR MIDWAY INVESTMENTS, LTD.,
FOR THE MIDWAY PLAZA PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Property Systems, Inc., agent for Midway Investments,
Ltd., has filed with the City a cash bond in the amount of
$6,800.00 to insure the installation of a sidewalk on University
Drive at Midway Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Property Systems,
Inc., agent for Midway Investments, Ltd., in the amount of
$6,800.00 to insure installation of a sidewalk on University Drive
at Midway Plaza is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. 11r-
