R-90-21:':t A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM MIDWAY INVESTMENTS, LTD., FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR MIDWAY PLAZA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
