CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90--80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AMENDING NO. 8 OF THE SURVEYORS NOTES FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 67 PLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 118, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend No. 8 of the
Surveyors Notes on Woodmont Tract 67 Plat, as recorded in
Plat Book 118, Page 22 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, which restricted the. plat to no more than 192
residential units; and
WHEREAS, the amended No. 8 of the Surveyors Notes is to
read: "No more than 224 residential units"; and
WHEREAS, such modification to Woodmont Tract 67 Plat
will allow an economically sound development plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending No. 8
of the Surveyors Notes which restricts the plat to no more than
192 residential units; and
WHEREAS; the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Woodmont Tract 67 Plat, as recorded in
Plat Book 118, Page 22 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, No. 8 of the Surveyors Notes shall be modified to read:
"No more than 224 residential units".
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval: Subject to
petitioner supplying the City Attorney's office with a Deed
Restriction in recordable form restricting the dwelling units to
224.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
