CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- ��
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL
ELECTION FOR THE CHARTER BOARD POSITIONS FOR
DISTRICT 2 AND DISTRICT 4; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on March 13, 1990,
wherein the positions of Charter Board District 2, for a two-year
term, and Charter Board District 4, for a two-year term, were to be
filled; and
WHEREAS, the Broward County Canvassing Board has canvassed the
results of the machine voting and absentee ballots and has
certified such results to the City Clerk of the City of Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the certification from
the Broward County Canvassing Board and has presented their
findings to the City Council for a formal Certification and
Declaration of the results.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following are the certified results of the
votes received by candidates seeking the office of Charter Board,
District 2 at the General. Election held March 13, 1990.
ISAAC "ZEKE" FELDM.AN 8,821
MOR.R.IS HABER 2,698
..ISAAC "ZEKE" FELDMAN, having received the highest number of votes
cast for the District 2 seat, is, therefore, declared to have been
elected to that seat for a term of two (2) years.
SECTION 2: The following are the certified results of the
votes received by candidates seeking the office of Charter Board,
District 4 at the General Election held March 1.3, I990.

JUDITH R. KITOGRAD, having received the highest number of votes
cast for the Charter Board District. 4 seat is, therefore, declared
to have been elected for that seat for a term of two (2) years.
SECTION 3: That ISAAC "ZEKE" FELDMAN and JUDITH R. KITOGRAD
shall take office in accordance with the provisions of Section 2-27
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of March, 1990.
