CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- F9
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY AUTO
CARE CENTERS OF TAMARAC, INC., FOR AUTO CARE
CENTER OF TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Auto Care Centers of Tamarac, Inc., has filed with
the City a cash bond in the amount of $3,325.00 to guarantee
public improvements at Auto Care Center of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond upon receipt of a one --year warranty bond in the
amount of $1,191.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Auto Care Centers of
Tamarac, Inc., in the amount of $3,325.00 for public improvements
at Auto Care Center of Tamarac is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $1,191.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
