CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR UPGRADE OF THE CONCESSION STAND AND
RESTROOMS AT TAMARAC PARK POSTED BY RALPH
OSBORN, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ralph Osborn, Inc., as Principal, and National
United Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond
No. 12352 in the amount of $13,638.00 to guarantee upgrade of the
concession stand and restrooms at Tamarac Park; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Performance Bond No. 12352 posted by
Ralph Osborn, Inc., as Principal, and National United Insurance
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $13,638.00 for upgrade of
the concession stand and restrooms at Tamarac Park is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption. �o1,
