CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--9 0- 1!-
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF
A ZONING TECHNICIAN POSITION WITHIN THE COMMU-
NITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE CREATION OF A SENIOR PLANNER POSITION
WITHIN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has expressed an
intention to reorganize that department by the elimination of a
position and the creation of another position, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby authorizes the elimina-
tion of the following position from the Community Development
Department:
Zoning Technician 8 20H
SECTION 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the creation
of the following position in the Community Development Depart-
ment:
Senior Planner 6
PA37V
SECTION 3: The changes contained in this Resolution shall
become effective April 27, 1990.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
