CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF LAND-
SCAPING BY RUNWAY GROWERS, INC., FOR THE C&S
BANK PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Runway Growers, Inc., has filed with the City a
cash performance bond in the amount of $825.00 to guarantee in-
stallation of landscaping at C&S Bank; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has found
that the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the cash performance bond posted by
Runway Growers, Inc., in the amount of $825.00 to guarantee in-
stallation of landscaping at C&S Bank, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2:
immediately upon adoption.
This Resolution shall become effective
PASSED ADOPTED AND APPROVED this -- ��day of 1990.
