CITY OF RAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-- %43
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
GENERAL ELECTION VOTING ON ELEVEN (11)
CAPITAL EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on March 12, 1985,wherein
the electorate was asked to vote on Capital Expenditures for the
City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the County Canvassing Board has canvassed the results
of the machine voting and absentee ballots and has certified such
results,to the City Clerk of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the certification from
the County Canvassing Board and has presented their findings to the
City Council for a formal certification and Declaration of the
results.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following is hereby certified and
declared as the official results of the public vote at the General
Election of March 12, 1985, for the proposed Capital Expenditures:
CAPITAL EXPENDITURE #1: Acquisition of Two (2) Firetrucks
