CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-110
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT TO BE KNOWN
AS CAFE GELATO CLASSICO AT FAMILY MART SHOPPING
CENTER, PETITION #7-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the grant-
ing of special exception to permit the operation of a restaurant to
be -known as Cafe Gelato Classico in Family Mart Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application
for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
'petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
iheal,th, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
loperation of a restaurant to be known as Cafe Gelato Classico in
Iamily Mart Shopping Center, 7110 University Drive, Petition #7-Z-85,
.s HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval. :
1 - Plans are to be submitted of any work which has been completed or is to ';e
completed pursuant to the Chief Building Official's requirements.
2 - Plans are to be approved by the Broward County Health Department and Browarc
County Environmental Quality Control.Board and resubmitted to the Building
Department.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
