RESOLUTION NO. R-85- //,;—:7
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT A LAUNDROMAT IN BAY 3 OF BUILDING C
AT LAKESIDE PLAZA, 5429 NORTH STATE ROAD 7,
REQUESTED BY S. FRANCES KRASNOFF; PETITION
6-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the grant-
ing of special exception to permit the operation of a laundromat in Bay 3 of
Building C at Lakeside Plaza, 5429 North State Road 7; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for special
exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety
and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
operation of a laundromat in Bay 3 of Building C of Lakeside Plaza, 5429 North
State Road 7, as requested by S. Frances Krasnoff, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
