CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-//�/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY LAIRD'S HARDWARE, INC.,
AT TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE FOR TWO ADDITIONAL
WALL SIGNS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Laird's Hardware, Inc. has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Laird's Hardware, Inc., 8201 N.W. 88 Avenue for a second wall sign
on the west elevation and a third wall sign on the east elevation
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this g7�# day of 1985.
