CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-ZZ15�
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF A
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY LAKESIDE PLAZA PARTNER-
SHIP FOR THE LAKESIDE PLAZA PROJECT; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakeside Plaza Partnership, as Principal, with Ohio
Casualty Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City a
warranty bond in the amount of $21,889.04 to guarantee public improve-
ments associated with the Lakeside Plaza project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are true and
correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to call said warranty bond in the amount of $21,889.04
posted by Lakeside Plaza Partnership to guarantee public improvements
associated with the Lakeside Plaza project if the remedial repairs are
not completed on or before March 29 , 1985, or if the bond has not
been extended by that date.
SECTION 3: That said bond be released if the remedial repairs
are accomplished on or before March 29 1985.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall .beccome effective upon adoption.
