CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO: R-85:&
A RESOLI1rION RELEASING TWO (2) PERFORMANCE BONDS
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMOT BY MIKE S. AND
GORGE S. GIOURGAS FOR FORGET BUILDING; AND
PROVIDING AN FIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Mike S. and George S. Giourgas, as Principal, and
and NCNB National Bank of Florida, as Surety, has filed with the City Certifi-
cates of Deposit No: 1000094 in the amount of $3,200.00 and No: 1040179 in the
amount of $2,725.00 to guarantee public improvements at Forget Building; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bonds upon
receipt of a one (1) year warranty bond in the amount of $1,493.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

SECTION 1: That the Certificates of Deposit No: 1000094 in the
amount of $3,200.00 and No: 1040179 in the amount of $2,725.00 posted by Make S.
and George S. Giourgas, as Principal and NCNB National Bank of Florida, as
Surety, for public improvements at Forget Building, are hereby released, subject
to receipt of a one (1) year warranty bond in the amount of $1,493.75.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1985.
