CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,&_J?_
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF
BEAUTIFICATION BY LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR
ASHMONT PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE._
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has posted with the City a
cash Bond in the amount of $2,025.00 to guarantee installa-
tion of beautification at Ashmont Project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
EECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes,
Inc., in the amount of $2,025.00 to guarantee installation of
beautification at Ashmont, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTIQN- ..: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
