CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85--Z910
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CASH PERFORMANCE BONDS
POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF IRRIGA-
TION AND CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS, AND PROVIDE AN
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc. has posted with
the City a cash Bond in the amount of $3,000.00 to guarantee
installation of certain public improvements and a cash bond
in the amount of $5,000.00 to guarantee installation of
irrigation at Lakes of Carriage Hills project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIOLL : That the cash Bonds posted by Lakes of
Carriage Hills, Inc. the amount of $3,000.00 to guarantee
installation of certain engineering items and $5,000.00 to
guarantee installation of irrigation at Lakes of Carriage
Hills project, are HEREBY RELEASED.
SE -CI ONL-2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
