CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--85- /,,-21
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF AN
APPOINTMENT OF AN ACTING CITY MANAGER-R-E4LF-A-LING
RESOLUTION R-85-74; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 5.03 of the City Charter, "Acting City
Manager", provides that, "The Manager shall designate,,subject.to
the approval of the Council, a qualified City Administrative
officer to exercise the powers and perform the duties of manager
during his temporary absence or disability".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager's appointment of Personnel
Director, Larry Perretti, as Acting City Manager, pursuant to
Section 5.03 of the City Charter, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That Resolution R-85-74 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Resolution is effective immediately upon
its passage.
