CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-123
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2-5 of the City Code created a Board
of Consumer Affairs to consist of twelve (12) members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of
the Board of Consumer Affairs have expired and it is the desire of
the Council to make such appointments to this Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the following persons are hereby
appointed members of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms to
expire on 4/14/86.

MARY DiCANDIA
IRVING LOPATEY
WINIFRED OSTRUM
HAROLD BLANK
LAWRENCE GOULD
HERMAN MARIN
PETER LAWSON
BARBARA LUBIN
MANNIE MISHKIN

SECTION 2: T'ais Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
