CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO WARRANTY BONDS
POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR WATER
AND SEWER SERVICE FOR KINGS POINT RECREATION_
COMPLEX; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
NABG-R91064F in the amount of $7,421.55 to guarantee the water
distribution system and Letter of Credit No. NABG-R91065F in the
amount of $3,612.68 to guarantee the sewer collection system for
Kings Point Recreation Complex; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. NABG-R91064F in the
amount of $7,421.55 to gurantee the water distribution system and
and Letter of Credit No. NABG-R91065F in the amount of $3,612.68
to guarantee the sewer collection system for Kings Point Recreation
Complex,are HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
