RESOLUTION NO. R-85-/3j
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY CASTELL BUILDERS, INC., TO
GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF CANAL BANK SOD
FOR WOODMONT TRACT 57, LOT 43; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Castell Builders, Inc., has posted with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $250.00 to gurantee installation
of canal bank sod for Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 43; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Castell Builders,
Inc., in the amount of $250.00 to guarantee installation of canal
bank sod at Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 43, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
