CITY OF TA1,ARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85_-/a
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF A TEM-
PORARY EXCEPTION PERMIT TO MONTWOOD, INC. FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 56, TEMPORARY MODEL SALES CENTER
IN LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING PREREQ-
UISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE TAMARAC
CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
83-341 on December 14, 19,83, granted to Montwood, Inc., a temporary
exception permit in lieu of satisfaction of the platting requirements
of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for property described
as "Woodmont Tract 56, Temporary Model Sales Center"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolutions
84-414 and 85-57, extended this temporary exception permit; and
WHEREAS, Woodmont Corporation successor in title to Montwood
Inc., has requested an extension of said permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant this requested
xtension.
, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the temporary exception permit granted to
twood, Inc., in lieu of satisfaction of the platting requirements
f Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for the "Woodmont Tract
6, Temporary Model Sales Center" is hereby extended to and shall expi
n June 9, 1985.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
