CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--85-- 136
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE (1) COMMISSIONER
OF HUMAN RELATIONS TO SERVE WITHIN THE WEL-
COMING COMMITTEE; REPEALING RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Ordinance 0-85-7 abolished the Sister City Ad-
visory Committee and transferred the position of Commissioner
of Human Relations to the Welcoming Committee - Section 2-28
of the Tamarac City Code; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the present Commissioners of Human
Relations are at the pleasure of the City Council as
established by Resolution R-84-142 and are due to expire on
May 11, 1985; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to appoint
a new Commissioner of Human Relations within the Welcoming
Committee to serve a one (1) year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
�ECTT.ON�1: That the following person is hereby ap-
pointed the Commissioner of Human Relations within the Wel-
coming Committee to serve at the pleasure of City Council for
a term to expire on May 11, 1986.

�FC�QN 2: That Resolution R-84-142 is hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION-1: This Resolution shall become effective on
May 12, 1985.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10 _day
