CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 138
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2-5 of the City Code created a Board of Consumer
Affairs to consist of twelve (12) members, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Consumer Affairs and it is
the desire of the City Council to fill such vacancy at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That BENJAMIN BRUMBERG is hereby
appointed a member of the Board of Consumer Affairs for a term to expire
April 14, 1986.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15th day of April , 1985.
