CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO: R-85-
A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF TMIINATION OF
LEASE Air BETWEEN THE CITY OF TAAPMC
AND MEDICS AMBULANCE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION l: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac by
this Resolution does hereby give Notice of Termination of a Lease Agreement
between the City of Tamarac and Medics Ambulance Service entered into
October 24, 1984. The termination shall be effective 11:59 P.M. on May 31,
1985. Section 5 of that Lease Agreement provides that termination may be made
by either party upon the giving of thirty (30) days written notice, hand
delivered or delivery by Certified 1a.il to the other party's legal address
which is: Medics Ambulance Service, Inc., 1776 East `sunrise Loulevard,
Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall beccrne effective
immediately upon adoption.
