CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-- / `f5
A RESOLUTION CONVERTING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY K. HERRON & SONS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
BID #85-2 (LIME SLUDGE RETAINING WALL) TO A ONE-
YEAR WARRANTX
-AND PROVIDING AN FMCT_IVE__DATE.
WHEREAS, K. Herron & Sons Concrete Construction Company,
Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity Deposit Company of Maryland,
as Surety, have filed with the City a Bond in the amount of
$14,300.00 in accordance with the requirements of Bid #85-2
(Lime Sludge Retaining Wall); and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
conversion of said performance bond to a one-year warranty
bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond posted by K. Herron & Sons
Concrete Construction Company, Inc., as Principal, and Fid-
elity Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, in the amount
of $14,300.00 in accordance with Bid #85-2, is HEREBY
CONVERTED to a one. -year warranty bond commencing
April 24, 1985.
BECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
