RESOLUTION NO. R-85--ZK9-�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY AMBASSADOR
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, 8201 NORTH
UNIVERSITY DRIVE, TO ALLOW A THIRD WALL
SIGN ON THE NORTH ELEVATION; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ambassador Savings and Loan Association has
requested a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter
21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION' l: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested
by Ambassador Savings and Loan Association, 8201 North University
Drive, for a third wall sign on the north elevation, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
