CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-��
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION R-85-114
REGARDING TWO ADDITIONAL WALL SIGNS REQUESTED
BY LAIRD'S HARDWARE, INC. AT TAMARAC TOWN
SQUARE, REVOKING THE APPROVAL OF ONE OF THESE
SIGNS. AND_PEQyjDjMA1�EFFECTIVE_I��TE_.__
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has not had an
opportunity to review, deny, or make recommendations to the
City Council on the request for a third wall sign at Laird's
Hardware, Inc., at Tamarac Town Square;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SE T.1M_1: That the Council approval by Resolution
R-85-114 for the wall sign on the west side of the building,
called the second wall sign, is hereby revoked.
,5U TIQN_2: That the Council approval by Resolution
R-85-114 for the wall sign on the east side of the building,
called the third wall sign, is hereby ratified.
5Z,QTjOh 3_: That if the petitioner desires a third wall
sign the petitioner is directed to make application to the
City's Beautification Committee and address that committee
before applying for a waiver from the City Council.
5ECTIQQI__.4: In all other respects Resolution R-85-114 is
hereby ratified.
�: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
