CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

2 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
3 GEORGE SCHIRRMAN, FOR SWANSON WEST PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, George Schirrman, as Principal, and Trans American
Corporation, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 014-739
in the amount of $10,997.25 to guarantee public improvements at
8 Swanson West project; and
9 WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has
10 been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
11 bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
12 $3,182.50.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
15 SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 014-739 posted by George Shirrman,
16 as Principal, and Trans American Corporation, as Surety, in the
17 amount of $10,997.25 for public improvements at Swanson West project,
18 is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
19 the amount of $3,182.50.
20 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
21 upon adoption.
