CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-1-55
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
PUBLIC INFORMATION COMMITTEE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Code Section 2-46 (formerly 2-7) created a
Public Information Committee and provided for appointment of members
to serve at the pleasure of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make such appoint-
ments at this time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also wishes to appoint a City
Photographer and an Assistant City Photographer at this time to also
serve as members of the Public Information Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That SAMUEL 'PEPPER is hereby
appointed City Photographer.
SECTION 2: That JACK RADIN is hereby
appointed Assistant City Photographer.
SECTION 3: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as additional members of the Public Information Committee:
IRVTNG FENICHEL LAWRENCE GOULD
DANTEL POWTRS HERMAN SHULMAN
JOHN ALLFELD BEN CHICOFSKY
JOSEPH W. STOKVTS
SECTION 4: That the terms of the members of the Public
Information Committee shall expire on May 11, 1986.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective on
May 11, 1985.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of May 1985.
