CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-1.57
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
RECREATION BOARD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Code Section 2-47 (formerly 18A-8) created
a Recreation Board and provided for appointment of members to
serve at the pleasure of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make such appoint-
ments at this time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also wishes to appoint two
(2) Fishing Commissioners and one (1) Parks Commissioner to also
serve as members of the Recreation Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That IRVING EPSTEIN and
MURRAY GREENBERG
Commissioners.
SECTION 2: That
are hereby appointed Fishing
LOUIS SOLOMON
is hereby
appointed as Parks Commissioner.
SECTION 3: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as additional members of the Recreation Board:

SECTION 4: That the terms of the members of the
Recreation Board shall expire on May 11, 1986.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective on
May 11, 1985.
