CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-Z
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A CONSENT TO A
PARTIAL RELEASE OF A NON -VEHICULAR ACCESS
LINE AND LANDSCAPE EASEMENT ON THE PLAT OF
SOUTHGATE GARDENS PARCEL "A"; PROVIDING FOR
TRU - VIDING _A EFF _Q=_. T
WHEREAS, in connection with such plat, the County saw
fit to establish a non -vehicular access line and landscape
easement relative to the paths of ingress and engress to and
from the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
owner thereof has applied to the County for certain driveway
cuts relative to the property; and
WHEREAS, in order to establish the driveway cuts, it is
necessary to vacate portions of the non -vehicular access line
and landscape easement in order to allow the free flow of
traffic over and across such driveways; and
WHEREAS, the location of said vacation is consistent
with the existing driveway cut as shown on the approved
siteplan for Southgate Gardens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC:

does hereby consent to the vacation of portions of the non -
vehicular access line reflected on the plat of Southgate
Gardens Parcel "A", according to the plat thereof recorded
at Plat Book 77, Page 27 of the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, at those locations more particularly
described upon Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SE JQN 2: That the location of said vacation is
consistent with the existing driveway cut as shown on the
approved siteplan for Southgate Gardens.
SECTQ�i_ T,kg_QS?pies: That the City Clerk is hereby
directed to provide true copies of this Resolution to the
County of Broward, Property Division.
$_NT_IQ_U .4:This Resolution shall take
effect immediately upon its final passage.

distance of 1190.05 feet to the Point of Beginning of the

Thence continue S 69.33*35" E for a distance of t31.00 feet
to a point on a curve concave Southeasterly having a radius
of 45.00 feet; thence run Southwesterly along the are of said
curve from a tangent bearing of 5 53.3t'13" W. through a cen-
tral angle of 17.50'09" for a distance of is.ol feet to a
Point being 10.00 feet South of the South night -of -way line
