CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-Z,7,2
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL UPDATE TO
AMEND THE BROWARD COUNTY 201 FACILITY PLAN
FOR WASTEWATER AND SLUDGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS FOR
THE CITY OF TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
WHEREAS, an amendment to the Broward County 201 Facili-
ties Plan has been prepared as a result of changing waste-
water needs and goals within Broward County; and
WHEREAS, City of Tamarac Resolution No. R-85-59 adopted
this amendment to the Broward County 201 Facilities Plan for
the City of Tamarac; on the 20th day of February 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Final 201 Plan amendment has been submitted
in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Regu-
lation requirements; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was duly noticed and held in
the Tamarac City Hall on May 22, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Final 201 Plan amendment will be a useful
tool in making decisions in the operation and improvement in
the Tamarac Utilities West Wastewater Treatment Plant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
TION 1: That the Final Recommendation for amending
the Broward County 201 Facilities Plan for wastewater and
sludge disposal systems for Tamarac Utility West Wastewater
Treatment Plant, prepared by CH2M Hill Engineers, May 15,
1985, has been the subject of a Public Hearing, and is hereby
adopted by the Tamarac City Council.
SE UN 2: That this resolution shall be effective
immediately upon its passage.
