CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--85- /%�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY THE
ARCHDIOCESE OF MIAMI FOR ST. MALACHY CATH-
OLIC CHURCH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Archdiocese of Miami, as Principal, and
Alexander Hamilton National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 90618257 in the amount of $22,560.00
to guarantee public improvements at St. Malachy Catholic Church;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond upon receipt of a one --year warranty bond in the amount
of $3,058.75.
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TA.n?ARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 90618257 posted by
the Archdiocese of Miami, as Principal, and Alexander Hamilton
National Bank, as Surety, in the ariount of $22,560.00 for public
improvements at St. Malachy Catholic Church is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$3,058.75.
SECTION #2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
