CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- IFS-"
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A NON-EXCLUSIVE
BLANKET UTILITY EASEMENT FROM PULTE HOMES,
INCORPORATED FOR JASMINE PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS
TO ACCEPT SAID EASEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Blanket Utility Easement for the
installation and maintenance of public utilities offered by Pulte
Homes, Incorporated for the Jasmine Project, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said Easement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /,Z day of 1985.

This resolution was not executed as Pulte Homes transferred all
rights to Transcapital Development Corporation. A new easement
was received from Transcapital.
