CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-,a_5-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY Bonaire Associates-
Woodmont Tracts 74/75 for a temporary Com-
munity directional sign on University Drive
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire at Woodmont Tracts 74/75 has requested a
waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code anal6t-6r 21) governing

WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Bonaire at Woo
for a directional sign on Uaiv rs'
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
