A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE
AMBASSADOR SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
PROJECT. DEVELM=I ORDER 140. 9 5-1 AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
wf]EREA.S, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable
law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica-
tion -for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and
Wmwm, the City Council has examined and investigated the application,
staff and Planning Commission recaame_ndations, and the attached Development Review
Status Sheet dated 6_ / 7l 8 5 _ _ ; and
[AREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying
documents at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in ccm-
pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in ccopliance prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that
is the subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY UIE COLUCIL OF THE CITY OF TANF,RAC,
SECTION l: That the development described on the attached development
status sheet dated 6/ 7/85 is granted a development order to proceed subject to
the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and spec-
ifications sukmitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in
Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.
B. Cammencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the
date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within
one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not
discharge any assignee frcam strict compliance with the order unless the City Council
consents to modify any of the original requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development
order are set forth as follows:
MOVE THE LOADING ZONE FROM THE NORTHEAST LOCATION
TO THE SOUTHWEST PARKING SPACE ADJACENT TO THE
CONCRETE WALKWAY
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be
declared by a court of campetent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall
determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall became effective
immediately upon passage.
