CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85 /fZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BILNIA, INC. FAMILY
MART SHOPPING CENTER FOR ROAD CURBS AND SODDING
ON UNIVERSITY DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Bilnia, Inc. as Principal and Barnett Bank of South
Florida, as Surety has filed with the City a Letter of Credit No.
0684-26 in the amount of $978.00 to guarantee public improvements at
Family Mart Shopping Center.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been sat-
isfactorily completed and has recommended release of said Letter of
Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 0684-26 posted by Bilnia,
Incorporated, as Principal, and Barnett Bank of South Florida, as
Surety in the amount of $978.00 for public improvements at Family
Mart Shopping Center is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1985.
