CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING PERFORMANCE BONDS POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES FOR KINGS
POINT RECREATION COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, as Principal and Citibank, N.A. as Surety,
has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.NABG-R90760F in the
amount of $6l,240.50 for Pavings and Drainage and Letter of Credit
No. NABG--R90761F in the amount of $2,750.00 for Landscaping, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satis-
factorily completed and has recommended release of said Letters of
Credit upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$15,408.10 for Paving and Drainage and $836.00 for Landscaping.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letters of Credit Nos. NABG-R90760F and
NABG-R90761F posted by Lennar Homes Incorporated as Principal and
Citibank, N.A. as Surety in the amounts of $61,240.50 and $2,750.00
respectively for Paving, Drainage and Landscaping at Kings Point
(Recreation Complex are HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of one
year warranty bonds in the amount of $15,408.10 for Paving and
Drainage and $836.00 for Landscaping.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
