CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-az,P-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE CHANGE ORDERS ON
SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION (PROJECT 84-4);
APPROVING PAYMENT OF INVOICE 1351 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $32,084.77 TO INTERSTATE PIPE
MAINTENANCE, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Engineer have
recommended approval of these change orders and invoice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SZ921QR__1: That Change Order l on Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation (Project 84-4), being air testing of sewer
"faults" in lieu of water testing, is hereby approved.
,5ECTION_Z: That Change Order 2 on Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation (Project 84-4), being deletions of language
relating to sealing of manholes during high groundwater
conditions, is hereby approved.
That Change Order 3 on Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation (Project 84-4), being certain additions and
deductions to line item costs requiring an additional expend-
iture of $8,309.50, is hereby approved.
aECT�Q �}-: That payment of Invoice 1351 in the amount
of $32,084.77 to Interstate Pipe Maintenance, Inc. is hereby
approved.
19FC-T1D": This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
