CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION VACATING A 5--FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT'
BETWEEN PARCEL G-10 AND LOT 10 OF BLOCK 18 OF
WOODLANDS, SECTION 2; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has received notification that there -is no
objection from Tamarac Utilities West, Florida Power and Light Company, Southern
Bell or American Cable Systems of Florida to the vacation of a five (5) foot
utility easement indicated below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the five (5) foot utility easement between Parcel G-10
and Lot 10 of Block 18 in Woodlands, Section 2 more particularly described on
the attached Exhibit "A" is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1985.

That certain utility easement that is part of the Woodlands
Section Two, Phase One, Section 14, Township 49S, Range 41E,
as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 23, City of Tamarac, Broward
County Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on southwesterly side of Blue Beech Ct.
that is common to Lots 10 and 11, Block 18; thence,
S51018'0"E a distance of 105.85 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S45036104"E 94.06 feet; thence N77013147"E5.95 feet;
thence N45036104"E 97.88 feet; thence S51"18'0"W 5.04 feet to
the point of beginning.
