RESOLUTION NO. R-85-4�g//
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEED OFFERED BY GLEN QUESENBERRY, FOR THE S&H GREEN
STAMPS REDEMPTION CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the right-of-way deed for 2-feet along
McNab Road, Lot 11, Block 35, of McNab Commercial Subdivision No. 2
Plat, offered by Glen Quesenberry, for the S&H Green Stamps
Redemption Center, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said
deed being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisday of 1985.

a Municipal corporation of the State of Florida, and its successors in
interest, whose principal place of business is 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue,
Tamarac, Broward County, Florida 33321, party of the second.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the party of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and for other and
further good and valuable considerations,' does hereby grant, bargain
and sell to the party of the second part, and its successors in interest,
for the purpose of a public road right-of-way and purposes incidental
thereto, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Broward, State of Florida, to wit :
The. - 2 f 1. of Lot 11 Block 3 5, MCNAB CONTTERCIAL SUBDIVISION
NO.2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 730 Page 28•
of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
It is the intention of the party of the first part by this instru-
ment to convey to the said City, and its successors in interest, the land
above described for use as a public road right--of-way and for all purposes
incidental thereto.
The said party of the first part will defend the title to said
land against the lawful claim of all persons whomsoever, claiming by,
through or under it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has signed
and sealed these presents on this, the day and year first above written.
