CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,—;P/v
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY HLR,
INC. FOR SPRINGLAKE II PROJECT (TRACT
36 - PHASE I); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, HLR, Inc., as Principal, and St. Paul Fire and
Marine Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond
No. 400GS4983 in the amount of $68,506.37 to guarantee public
improvements at Springlake II; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Bond No. 400GS4983 posted by HLR, Inc.,
as Principal, and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, as
Surety, in the amount of $68,506.37 for public improvements at
Springlake II, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this c>Z&day of 1985.
