CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORTDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-216
A RESOLUTION REGARDING DISPOSITION OF THE
WARRANTY BOND POSTED by BAY COLONY PROPERTIES, INC.
for BROOKWOOD GARDENS (LAKE COLONY); and PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bay Colony Properties, Inc., as principal, has filed
with the City a surety bond No. 8062450, with Fireman's Fund
Insurance Company, as surety, thereunder to guarantee public
improvements, and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That the Bond No. 8062450 posted by Bay Colony
Properties. Inc., as principal and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company,
as surety is hereby released providing that a $10,000.00 cash bond
is received by the City of Tamarac by Fridav, June 28, 1985;
otherwise, it shall be called.
SECTION 3: This Resolution is effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of June, 1985.
