CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 218
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE (1) REGULAR MEMBER AND
TWO (2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT;
SETTING FORTH THE EXPIRATION OF THE TERMS OF OFFICE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of one (1) regular member to the Board of
Adjustment expires on July 17, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) alternate members to the Board of
Adjustment expire on July 8, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fill the positions of one (1)
regular member and two (2) alternate members to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That CHARLES ROSENBERG —is hereby appointed a
regular member of the Board of Adjustment, for a three-year term to expire
July 17, 1988, with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and
Section 28 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 2: That JOHN LACHMANN and ARTHUR SANTMAN
are appointed as alternate members to the Board of Adjustment, for terms to expire
in one year, July 8, 1986, with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S.
163 and Section 28 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 3: Any regular member or alternate member of the Board of
Adjustment may be removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written
charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this loth day of July 1985.
