CITY OF TAMRAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-_>2�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION,
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 84-60, TO PERMIT CON-
STRUCTION OF CERTAIN FOUR-STORY BUILDINGS,
LESS THAN 40-FEET IN HEIGHT REQUESTED BY
LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS, INC.; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit construction of certain.
four --story buildings, less than 40-feet in height requested by Lakes
of Carriage Hills, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
(health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA: d
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the construction of certain four-story buildings, less than 40-feet
in height requested by Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval - /V O /Ij 05=�•
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
