CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA"�
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- T
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO PERMIT
THE BLUE DOLPHIN RESTAURANT TO EXPAND INTO THE NEXT DOOR
BAY AT 8114 UNIVERSITY DRIVE FOR ADDITIONAL SEATING
CAPACITY; PETITION #14-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTTV-E
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit a restaurant to expand into the+next door bay in a
shopping center; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given
an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for special
exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition
for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and
general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
Blue Dolphin Restaurant to expand into the next door bay at 8114 University
Drive for additional seating capacity, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
