CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85--,ZZ_�;>
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A MUNICIPAL PROSECU-
TOR, PROVIDING FOR FEES FOR SUCH SERVICE; AND
WHEREAS, the Tamarac City Council is authorized to
designate one or more attorneys to act as municipal prosecu-
tor(s) to pursue alleged violations of the Tamarac City. Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
'SZ92IDBLI: That the Law office of Alan Ruf is hereby
designated as the Tamarac Municipal Prosecutor. Pleadings
and notices should be directed to:
Christine Carsky, Esquire
Law Office of Alan Ruf
2801 E. Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 417
Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33306
(305) 561-2230
That the Tamarac City Attorney is also
designated as a substitute municipal prosecutor as may be
needed.
SFQTj,QN __3: That the Law office of Alan Ruf shall be
entitled to 75 dollars per hour for the services rendered as
Municipal Prosecutor.
5-BQTIDILA: That the County Judges, the Court Admin-
istrator and the Court Clerk are urged to extend to the
Tamarac Municipal Prosecutor(s) professional courtesies and
cooperation in the exercise of official duties.
UCUMI: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
