CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,,73/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEED FOR TWO -FEET ALONG LOT 4, BLOCK 5 MCNAB COMMERCIAL
SUBDIVISION #2 ALONG MCNAB ROAD OFFERED BY LAWRENCE
PROPERTY GROUP, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the right-of-way deed for two -feet along Lot 4,
Block 5, McNab Commercial Subdivision #2 along McNab Road offered by Lawrence
Property Group, Inc., is hereby APPROVED and ACCEPTED, a copy of said deed being
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record said deed in the public records of Broward County.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.

RIGHT OF WAY DEED
TO THE CITY OF TAMARAC
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF BROWARD
THIS INDENTURE, made this bth day of May, 1985, by and between
---Lawrence Proerty Group, Inca, --whose address is 2050 Collier Drive,
Ft. Myers, Florida 33901, party of the first part, and the CITY OF
TAMARAC, a Municipal corporation ofthe State of Florida, and its
successors in interest, whose principal place of business is 5811
Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Broward County, Florida 33321, party
of the second.
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the party of
the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and for
other and sell to the party of the second part, and its successors in
interest, thereto, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in the County of Broward, State of Florida, to wit :
The South 2' of Lot 4, Block 35, MCNAB COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
NO. 2, according to map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 73,
Page 28, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
It is the intention of the party of the first part by this
instrument to convey to the said City, and its successors in
interest, the land above described for use as a public road
right-of-way and for all purposes incidental thereto,
The said party of the first part will defend the title to said
land against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming
by, through or under it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has signed
and sealed these presents on this, the day and year first above
written.
