RESOLUTIION
A RESOLUTION APPROVING STIPULATION 25, PUR-
SUANT TO CASE NO. 72-11731-CZ (WEISSING),
BETWEEN C.T.B. LIMITED AND THE CITY OF
TAMARAC: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTI.VE__DATE_i_
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAM-
ARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Stipulation 25, pursuant to Case No.
72-11731--CZ (Weissing), between C.T.B. LIMITED and the City
of Tamarac is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.

as C.T.B. LIMITED, a Florida Limited Partnership as Owner and
Developer hereinafter referred to as C.T.B. LIMITED, with a
principal business address of 3731 N. Country Club Drive, North
Miami Beach, Florida 33180 as directed and approved by the City
Council of the Defendant City of Tamarac, by Resolution
R-85-233 at its July 10 , 1985 meeting, and file this their
Stipulation and state as follows:
1. That C.T.B. Limited is the owner and developer of a
parcel of land which lies within Land Sections 4, 5 and 6 in
the City of Tamarac, and therefore as successor to the Plain-
tiff is a proper party to this Stipulation.
2. C.T.B. Limited is petitioning the City for site plan
approval as defined in the Tamarac City Code.
3. The legal description of the property which is the
subject of this Stipulation is:
WOODMONT TRACT 72A of WOODMONT 72A & 72C, according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 22 of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
Said land situate, lying and being in Broward County,
Florida.
4. C.T.B. Limited and the City have agreed that the
property which is the subject of this Stipulation is zoned R-3U
(Tamarac designation) and shall be developed in compliance with
all requirements of Tamarac City Code as amended from time to
time.

5. Both parties agree to use reasonable and due diligence
and good faith efforts to carry forth the terms of this Stipu-
lation as contained herein.
6. This Stipulation may be filed in the above -captioned
cause by any party, ex-parte, for the entry of an appropriate
order ratifying and confirming the terms hereof.
7. All rights and liabilities herein given to or imposed
on either or the parties hereto shall extend to their respec-
tive heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
This document shall be recorded in Public Records of Broward
County and shall have the force and effect of a deed restric-
tion on the parcel of land.
