CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,23S
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BLANKET INGRESS
AND EGRESS EASEMENT OFFERED BY CTB LIMITED FOR THE
WOODMONT TRACT 72-A PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the blanket ingress and egress easement offered by
CTB Limited for the Woodmont Tract 72-A Project is hereby APPROVED and ACCEPTED,
a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record
said easement in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this p day of 1985.

BLANKET INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this 2LIrl�day of , 19?s -,
between the undersigned Grantor, being the owfier j6f the property herein
described, and the City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 5811 N.W. 88th
Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, 33321, hereinafter referred to as Grantee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS
nd other good and valuable consideratins to it in hand paid by Grantee,
1_111he receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey
to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a nonexclusive blanket easement for
emergency Ingress and Egress purposes upon, under and across the follow-
ing described land lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit:
Parcel 72-A of WOODMONT TRACTS 72-A & 72-C, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 115, Page
22, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
This Blanket Ingress and Egress Easement is granted to Grantee for
the specific purpose of providing access for police, fire, and medical
services for the above -described property.
It is acknowledged that Grantor, or its successors, intends to
construct residential dwellings and other improvements upon the above -
described property and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prohibit
or restrict Grantor or its successors from constructing any buildings and
improvements upon the property, subject to the requirements of Grantee or
any other controlling governmental authority, and upon the construction of
any buildings and improvements upon the property the easement created
hereby shall be subject to such improvementsas are constructed and shall
be used by Grantee in a manner which is consistent with the buildings and
tp provements constructed upon the property and which, to the extent possible
ill minimize interference with and will be compatible with the construction
nd use of said buildings and improvements..
